Barricane House, Mortehoe

The front garden, which is either side of the path to the house, is a mass of daffodils in spring but mostly grass in the summer.  Here you can sit and watch the world go by.  We play 'guess the breed of dog on the lead' before it, and its owner becomes visible through the metal gate.

As well as  very pretty and much admired front garden, there is also a secluded rear garden where you can sit and enjoy the sunshine or have breakfast, lunch or dinner alfresco.
